The Krimmel family will be awarding one $500 scholarship to a graduating Airport senior pursuing a career in education. As a retired superintendent who has a wife, Kammy, and son, Bryce, serving as teachers, Mr. Krimmel realizes the value of positively impacting students’ lives through the honorable profession.
Award: $500 scholarship (non-renewable)
Eligibility Criteria: Airport Community High School Senior pursuing a career in elementary or secondary education.
Application instructions:
- Write a one-page essay introducing yourself, including:
- What organizations, activities, and/or athletics that you have been involved in during your high school years?
- What college do you plan on attending, and what will you major in?
- Where do you anticipate teaching upon graduation, and how you will positively impact the lives of your students?
