Eric Redmond Junior Jets Endowed Scholarship (3)

The Eric Redmond / Junior Jets Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to Airport Community Schools high school seniors based on demonstrated academic achievement, financial need, and an expressed interest in giving back to their community through sport or other activities.

The students eligible for assistance must be graduating high school seniors who attend
Airport Community School District and intend to continue their education at a two or four-year college, university, or trade school.

Consideration will be given to academic achievement, financial need and the student’s community service record through sports or other activities. A minimum 3.0 grade point average is required with students who look to major in engineering, education, business, and/or career and technical education.

Scholarships will be awarded on an annual basis. This scholarship is non-renewable. Only high school seniors intending to enroll in a two or four-year college, university, or trade school should apply.

Award: Three $1,000 scholarships (non-renewable)

Eligibility Criteria: Three Airport Community High School seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA and intentions to major in engineering, education, business and/or career and technical education. Additional requirements above.
