The teachers at Airport Community Schools, as members of the Airport Education Association (AEA), want to support the aspirations of two Airport Jets with the goal of joining the ranks of inspiring the future. The AEA is offering $500 scholarships to two graduating seniors pursuing higher education to shape the future.
We are looking for seniors with a love of learning to inspire others in their chosen field of study. We would like to offer these scholarships to start two individuals on their journey to rewarding and meaningful careers.
Each scholarship has been designed to reward someone that has proven they have been a leader in learning in their Airport Community Schools career and that they intend to inspire others. The scholarships will be awarded to well-rounded students that exhibit the characteristics needed to become future leaders in their fields of study.
Activities during the students’ tenure as Airport Jets, GPA, essay, and letters of recommendation will determine the recipients of the scholarships. Please be sure to include all required information to be eligible to be considered for this scholarship. All applications become the property of the AEA and will not be returned. Scholarship announcements will be made at the Airport Community Schools Blue and Gold Banquet.
Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the institution of higher learning on behalf of each student.

Eligibility Criteria: Two Airport Community High School seniors selected by the Airport Education Association based on the students’ activities during their tenure as Airport Jets, GPA, written essay, and letters of recommendation.
